Affiliate Responsibilities:

1. As an affiliate, you agree to promote our products or services using the provided affiliate tracking code or link.
2. You will ensure that your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. You will not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
4. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content or materials you use in your promotions.
5. You will not use any unauthorised or infringing content, trademarks, or intellectual property owned by third parties in your promotions.
6. You will not engage in any activities that may harm our reputation or the reputation of our products or services.

Commission:

1. You will earn a commission on qualifying sales made through your affiliate tracking code or link.
2. The commission rate, calculation method, and payment schedule will be outlined separately and may be subject to change at our discretion.
3. Commissions are based on net sales amount, excluding taxes, shipping fees, returns, and any other charges.
4. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any commission for reasons such as customer returns, fraud, violation of these terms and conditions, or other valid reasons.

Intellectual Property:

1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our trademarks, logos, and other promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products or services as part of the Program.
2. You will not modify, alter, or misuse any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Confidentiality:

Termination:

1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice to the other party.
2. Upon termination, you will cease all promotion of our products or services and remove all affiliate tracking codes or links from your website or online platforms.

Limitation of Liability:

1. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this.
